This Privacy Policy covers your use of the Gift Wallet mobile application, Stacca Pay services and any related platforms, services or websites operated under the Gift Wallet brand (referred to as “Gift Wallet”, “we”, “us” or “our”). All such products and services are owned and operated by Litt Global Pty Ltd (ABN 75631851511), which is responsible for the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect and hold about you, how we may use and disclose this information and the steps we take to keep it secure.
Our commitment is that we:
- only use your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy; and
- maintain policies and practices to keep your personal information secure.
We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications become effective when published in our app or on our website. If we make any substantial changes, we will display a notice in the app and on our website.
- What kinds of personal information does Gift Wallet collect and hold?
In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether true or not and whether recorded in material form or not.
We may collect personal information through your use of the Gift Wallet service (including the Gift Wallet mobile app and website, together referred to as the “Gift Wallet Platform”), including when you:
- sign up or log into your Gift Wallet account;
- complete KYC identity verification and apply for a prepaid debit card issued by our issuing partner;
- make payments or receive rewards;
- browse the app;
- engage with us through communications or promotions.
The types of personal information we collect and hold may include:
- Identity information: name, date of birth, ID verification data (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, Medicare card, visa information). Identity documents are used for verification but not stored on our systems.
- Contact information: postal or residential address, postcode, email, mobile phone number.
- Financial information: payment card details, bank account information where applicable.
- Membership and account information: customer reference numbers, account identifiers, information about your relationship with other members or merchants.
- Preferences and engagement information: Offers you engage with, shopping and usage preferences and geofence promotion interactions.
- Claims and transaction data: data relating to any purchases or payment transactions initiated or received through Gift Wallet.
- Records of communications: support chats, help tickets, emails and other interactions with our customer service team.
- Technical and device data: device identifiers, IP address, operating system, cookies, usage analytics, location data (if enabled).
- Survey and marketing data: responses to optional surveys or promotional campaigns.
We may also collect aggregated, statistical or demographic data derived from your use of the service. Aggregated data does not identify you personally.
- How does Gift Wallet collect personal information?
2.1 Direct interactions
We generally collect and record your personal information directly from you. For example, when you:
- register for a Gift Wallet account;
- complete identity verification to meet KYC/AML obligations;
- make payments, use gift cards or other products;
- participate in surveys, promotions or campaigns;
- adjust your marketing or notification preferences;
- contact our support team.
2.2 Automated technologies
When you interact with the Gift Wallet Platform, we may automatically collect personal information, including technical and device data through cookies, server logs, geolocation tools and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, device type, operating system and usage patterns.
Location data may be used to deliver geofenced promotions and tailored offers, depending on your settings. You can manage location permissions in your device settings at any time.

- Payment service providers and card issuers;
- Identity verification service providers for KYC and AML compliance;
- Merchant partners, affiliate networks and strategic partners;
- Analytics and marketing service providers;

You consent to and authorise relevant partners to share data necessary to deliver Gift Wallet services, including transaction and identity data for verification and payment purposes.
- How does Gift Wallet hold my personal information?
We take reasonable steps to maintain the security and privacy of your personal information. This includes:
- using encrypted connections on all web and app pages where you transmit personal information;
- hosting data on AWS servers located in Australia, with some offshore processing by service providers subject to privacy safeguards;
- restricting access to authorised personnel only.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or to comply with our legal obligations (including financial record-keeping and AML requirements).
Where appropriate, we may de-identify or anonymise your personal information for research, statistical or analytical purposes. De-identified information can be used indefinitely without further notice to you.
- For what purposes does Gift Wallet collect, hold, use and disclose personal information?
We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for purposes including:
- complying with legal, regulatory and KYC/AML obligations;
- operating and administering the Gift Wallet service, including secure payment processing and fraud prevention;
- confirming eligibility and processing transactions with merchants and partners;
- communicating with you regarding your account, verification or promotional offers;
- personalising your experience through offers, push notifications and geofenced campaigns;
- conducting analytics to improve our products, campaigns and platform performance;
- responding to support queries and complaints;
- maintaining and improving the Gift Wallet Platform.
- Direct marketing
By joining or continuing to use the Gift Wallet service, you give us consent to:
- send you marketing messages, promotional offers and personalised communications;
- display targeted advertising and push notifications.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:
- via your in-app notification settings, or
- by following unsubscribe links in emails or SMS.
Opting out does not affect service-related communications such as account updates, legal notices or security alerts.
- Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Payment processors, card issuers and financial service providers to facilitate payments and transactions;
- Identity verification service providers to verify your identity;
- Merchants and strategic partners to process transactions, promotions or benefits you engage with;

- Marketing and advertising service providers, using de-identified or aggregated information, to provide relevant offers and promotions.
We may also share de-identified data with partners for analytical and operational purposes. De-identified or aggregated data cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Some of our service providers and partners may process or store data outside Australia. We take steps to ensure they are contractually obliged to handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy standards and only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

You have the right to request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you.

You may withdraw your consent for us to collect, use or disclose your personal information at any time. If you do so, we may be unable to provide some or all of our services to you. We may continue to hold some personal information as required by law (e.g. for fraud prevention or record-keeping).

Gift Wallet uses cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to:
- maintain secure sessions and authentication;
- analyse usage and improve platform performance;
- deliver relevant promotions and notifications.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser or device settings, though some features may not function properly if disabled.
- Children’s privacy
Gift Wallet is intended for users aged 15 years and older.
If you are under 18, parental consent is required to use the service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
